Abstract
Human resources recruitment of professional mosque takmir who offers financial compensation is needed to carry out mosque functions. However, not all mosques have sufficient financial capacity, the type of small mosque with minimal finance, structure, infrastructure, and located in a residential area at the level of RT/RW can only offer awareness voluntarily. Therefore, it is necessary to recruit human resources for the takmir masjid with a volunteer recruitment approach. This study resulted in the concept of HR recruitment with a typical mosque volunteer recruitment approach. This type of research is a qualitative research with rational analysis. Recruitment of takmir mosque human resources, the volunteer recruitment approach is unique in offering values, in the form of social change, the mosque's vision and mission, and religious values. The recruitment method uses a direct approach to prospective HR or through the mosque's social network considering the community context around the mosque is friendly.
