Abstract

Community based da’wah is currently being actively developed by outreach coordinators everywhere. In addition to being easier to carry out within communities that share specific preferences, community outreach also addresses the challenges of the modern era, which have created complex issues for the target audience. PKK is a formal social community that is almost always present in Indonesian society. PKK can organize many activities, one of which is religious study sessions (outreach). In fact, religious study sessions organized by the PKK often face stagnation due to monotonous da’wah models and a lack of variety. If the PKK’s community da’wah programs are developed, they can support the success of da’wah in society. This study is a field research using a qualitative case study approach. The theoretical framework employed is the concept of product attributes and levels in marketing. The findings of this study recommend relevant activities to be implemented within the PKK religious study group community, including the recitation of the Yasin and Tahlil, religious sermons on themes that are more relevant to addressing the congregation’s problems, religious tours to provide both a refreshing experience and new insights into Islam, as well as the provision of simple incentives to increase the congregation’s interest and participation.
